Cancellation Policy

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make an appointment.

Missing appointments

I understand that keeping to appointments these days can be difficult, poorly children, staff meetings, traffic etc etc.  To be as fair as possible to both the client and the therapist I do enforce a cancellation policy.  In most cases to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give 48 to 24 hour notice either by phone, text or email.  This allows innovative treatments to find another client to fill your time slot.

If the appointment is cancel within 24 hour you will be charged a 50% flat fee.  This fee will need to be paid before your next appointment either by bank transfer or card.

If you fail to show (No Show) or cancel just before your appointment, you will be charged 50% flat fee which will need to be paid before your next appointment and you will need to pre pay the full price for your future appointments.  No shows are really frustrating and in all honesty the trust between client and therapist gets breached and pre-payment of the full price is only fair.  I hope that everybody understands this.

Appointments, sometimes can be hard to keep when life gets in the way, however out of respect and consideration to the therapist these cancellation policies will be enforced.

Late Arrival Policy

The client is expected to keep to the time allocated for them, as is the therapist.

Should the client be over 15 minutes late for their allocated appointment time, it will be classed as a “No Show” and the slot will be offered to someone else.  See above re cancellation policy.

Depending on how late the client shows up, the therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining for a treatment to start.  Regardless of the treatment time, the client will be charged in full.   However, if there is free time after your allocated period then the therapist is more than likely to extend your treatment time.
